  • Day 1

  • 9:00 AM - Hotel Pick-Up

  • Your adventure begins as our guide meets you at your hotel and takes you on a trek to Y Linh Ho, a village of the Black Hmong minority. Marvel at the century-old rice terraces carved into the hills, a testament to the region's agricultural heritage.

  • Lunch at Y Linh Ho Village

  • Enjoy a traditional lunch prepared by locals while surrounded by the serene beauty of Y Linh Ho.

  • Trek to Lao Chai Village

  • After lunch, continue your journey to Lao Chai, an established Black Hmong village. Walk along scenic paths lined with traditional stilt houses and immerse yourself in the culture and customs of the Hmong people.

  • Homestay with a Black Hmong Family

  • Be warmly welcomed by a local family at the first and only homestay in the Sapa region owned by the Black Hmong minority. Take time to learn about their way of life and enjoy their hospitality.

  • Dinner and Overnight Stay

  • End the day with a delicious home-cooked meal featuring fresh local ingredients. Relax under the starry sky before settling into your cozy homestay for the night.

  • Day 2

  • Morning Views and Breakfast

  • Wake up to a breathtaking view of the terraced rice fields bathed in the soft morning light. After taking in the scenery, enjoy a hearty breakfast at the homestay.

  • Trek to Ta Van Village

  • Begin the day’s trek to Ta Van, home to the Giay ethnic minority. Located along the Muong Hoa River, Ta Van offers a glimpse into the Giay’s traditional way of life. Historically fishermen, the Giay used bamboo tools for fishing and cooking, though today they are more often seen working in the rice fields.

  • Walk Through a Bamboo Forest and Visit Giang Ta Chai Waterfall

  • Continue your trek through a lush bamboo forest to the stunning Giang Ta Chai Waterfall, where you can pause to admire its tranquil beauty.

  • Trek to Ban Ho Village

  • Your journey leads to Ban Ho, a Tay minority village where you’ll spend the night at a Tay family’s homestay.

  • Dinner and Overnight Stay

  • Enjoy a traditional dinner with your hosts and relax in the peaceful setting of Ban Ho village.

  • Day 3

  • Morning Walk and Breakfast

  • Start your day with breakfast at the homestay before heading out on a short trek to Nam Toong Village, home to the Red Dzao minority. This small village of about 30 families offers a unique opportunity to learn about the Red Dzao's traditions and way of li.

  • Return to Ban Ho and Lunch at Ban Den Village
    Walk back to Ban Ho and continue to Ban Den, where you’ll enjoy a leisurely lunch.

  • Transportation Back to Sapa

  • After lunch, take a final walk along the main road to meet your transportation back to Sapa. You’ll arrive in Sapa around 3:00 PM, with incredible memories of this rich and immersive journey.

 

Important note:

  • If you have a hotel in Sapa, we recommend leaving your luggage there. If not, you’re welcome to leave your belongings with us when we meet at Sapa Church at 9:00 AM.
